How to make a free meal plan
Choose how many days
Pick anywhere from 1 to 14 days. A week is the usual starting point.
Tap Make a plan
Bite Club builds a dinner for each day from its catalogue of more than 3,000 meals.
Cook it, or take it further in the app
Use the plan as it is, or download Bite Club to match meals to your family, vote, and get a shopping list.
Use the plan
A weekly dinner plan, without the blank page
Most households don’t struggle with cooking. They struggle with deciding. A free meal planner takes that decision off the 5pm pile: you get a dinner for each day, from meals people actually cook, and you can swap anything that doesn’t suit the calendar.
Use it on a Sunday, or whenever you usually shop. A 5-day plan is enough for weeknights if weekends are leftovers and takeaway. A 7-day plan covers the full week. If you buy in bulk, 14 days keeps the second week decided too.
Make the plan stick
- Keep two or three dinners you already know the household will eat, and let the rest be new.
- Put the quicker meals on the busiest nights. The time on each card is a guide.
- Shop from the plan once, so Tuesday isn’t a second trip for a missing ingredient.
- Swap days freely. The point is that dinner is already chosen.
This planner builds the list from the Bite Club catalogue. For a plan that knows your household — picky eaters included — the family meal planner app scores meals against everyone’s tastes and lets the whole house vote.
Free meal planner FAQ
Is this meal planner free?
Yes. The Bite Club meal planner is free in the browser. There is no account and no signup. Choose how many days you need and it builds a dinner plan from the Bite Club catalogue.
How does the meal planner pick dinners?
It draws from more than 3,000 Bite Club meals and spreads proteins and styles across the days, so the week is less likely to be chicken every night. Treat the plan as ideas you can cook, swap or skip.
How many days can I plan?
Anywhere from 1 to 14. Seven days covers a normal week. Five days suits weeknights. Fourteen days is useful if you shop fortnightly.
Does the plan include recipes and a shopping list?
Each dinner is a real Bite Club meal, with a photo and a rough cooking time. The full recipe, ingredients and a shopping list for the week are in the Bite Club app.
How is the Bite Club app different from this free planner?
This page gives you a ready-made dinner plan. The app learns what each person loves and avoids, scores meals for your household, lets everyone vote, and turns the plan into a shopping list.
Which devices can run Bite Club?
Bite Club is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. It requires iOS 18 or later and supports the latest iOS 27 features.
